OBJETIVES:

The central topic of our concern is the natural resources handling. In this electronic conference, we will approach it from the perspective of the rural municipalities and the participatory local management exploring what we have advanced starting from cases like a example. The main objective of this second forum is knowing the new experiences and learnings achieved in the last two years, treating topics of crucial importance for the sustainable development of the Andean communities associated to the processes of decentralization and local administration. 

THEMES:

It has been foreseen to work in four big topics: 

	Management in natural resources (soil and water)
	Solid residuals management and the environmental sanitation
	Foment of the High Andean rural industry and the micro enterprise
	Experiences in participatory planning of territorial management

The four sub-topics have traverse common themes: learned lessons, participatory experiences, generate, impact in the employment, revenues and quality of life. One will work a weekly topic. In the course of the third week we will have a "virtual coffee" to foment the exchange free of information in the topics of the conference.
